Update

Purpose:
Migration of my.nesi.org.nz user and project information to the new platform.

Impacts:
- Users will not be able to use interactive compute services (OnDemand, Jupyter)
- Users will not be able to log-in to the new HPC platform (running jobs will be unaffected)
- Mahuika and Māui slurm clusters will not be affected
