Flexible HPC’s cloud services are being upgraded to the OpenStack Antelope release (https://www.openstack.org/software/openstack-antelope/).

During the change window users can expect some short access/service disruptions to the cloud APIs and dashboard. There is no impact expected to already running cloud infrastructure, other than a brief loss of Internet connectivity to/from/via Floating IPs. If you receive an API error during the maintenance please wait 10 minutes and try again, if the problem if not resolved within 60 minutes then please raise a support request.
